Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At E-Degin, we strive to provide our users with high-quality generative AI tools for saree and ethnic wear mockup creation. We offer 3 free credits upon signup so you can test our output quality before making any financial commitments.

2. Credit Pack Purchases

Credits are virtual tokens consumed as mockups are generated on E-Degin (1 mockup = 1 credit).

Validity: Purchased credit packs are valid indefinitely and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Refunds: Unused credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from the purchased pack have been consumed. Once a credit pack has been partially or fully used, the transaction is non-refundable.

3. Subscription Plans

E-Degin offers monthly and annual billing plans for high-volume boutiques and fashion brands.

Cancellation: You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription plan at any time directly through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
SLA: Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for subscription periods that are cancelled midway.
Credit Rollovers: Unused monthly mockup allowances do not roll over to the subsequent billing month and carry no cash value.

4. Payment Processing Issues

If you experience duplicate charges, payment failures where money was debited but credits were not added, or other checkout discrepancies via Razorpay, please contact us immediately at support.e.degin@gmail.com. We will investigate and process charge reversals or credit adjustments within 2-3 business days.

5. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be updated on this page and are effective immediately upon publishing.
