1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and AI tools provided by E-Degin (referred to as "we", "our", "us", or "E-Degin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site and must cease usage immediately.

2. Description of Service

E-Degin provides an artificial intelligence-based virtual draping tool that transforms flat textile patterns (blouses, saree bodies, and pallus) into realistic mockups on digital models. Services are provided on a freemium, pay-as-you-go credit pack, or subscription basis.

3. User Workspace & Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate and current profile information, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Design Safety

Protecting our users' creative textile IP is a core priority of E-Degin.

• User-Uploaded Content: You retain complete and exclusive intellectual property rights over all textile designs, sketches, image components, or patterns you upload to E-Degin. We claim no ownership over your uploads.
• Generated Mockup Output: Once a mockup is generated, you hold the commercial and non-commercial rights to that output. You can use these mockups freely for digital catalogs, website listings (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), Instagram, Shopify, or print materials.
• Non-Reuse Commitment: E-Degin will not publish, reuse, display, or sell your uploaded designs or generated mockups to other users or third parties without your prior written authorization.
• Prohibited Materials: You agree not to upload any copyright-infringing materials, offensive media, or designs that you do not own or have permission to use. We reserve the right to delete violating files.

5. Billing, Credits & Subscriptions

• Credit-Based Purchases: Purchased credit packages are non-expiring and are deducted as mockups are generated. All purchases are final and governed by our Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions: Monthly and Annual subscription plans auto-renew. You may cancel your plan at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not refund the current billing period.
• Payment Processors: Transactions are handled securely through integration with Razorpay. E-Degin does not collect or store sensitive financial card details.

6. AI Generation Disclaimer

E-Degin uses generative AI technology to create mockups. While we strive for extreme realism, textures, colours, and draping angles may vary depending on the resolution and quality of the uploaded components. Generated images are provided "as is" without guarantees of pixel-perfect replication of physical drapes.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall E-Degin, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of design IP, or profit loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the AI generation tools.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
